Information collected

The shop collects the information needed to process an order, including names, contact details, delivery addresses, products ordered, proof of payment and, for school collection, the student’s name, class and class number.

How information is used

Information is used only to process and verify orders, payments, collection, delivery, after-sales arrangements, abuse prevention and necessary administrative records.

Disclosure

If SF Express freight collect is selected, the recipient information required for delivery may be provided to SF Express. Information will not be provided to another third party unless required by law or necessary for the purposes stated above.

Retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as necessary to complete the order and meet accounting and administrative needs. Reasonable measures are used to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or deletion.

To access or correct order information, contact the Editorial Board with the order number. The enquiry email address will be announced separately.
